Project Overview

In the heart of our mission, Enterprise Design Thinking is a framework to solve problems of end users at the speed and scale of the modern enterprise. Our basic principles are observation, reflection and creation. We promoted design thinking to our clients as well as students in our workshops. It helped in problems solving in the projects. We guided our clients in every step of design thinking including empathy map, stakeholder map, as-is scenario map, need statement,  big idea vignettes, prioritization grid, storyboards, to-be scenario map and in daily life too. 

Our company also co-organize with a university and Po Leung Kuk Chee Jing Yin Primary School to hold  workshops on design thinking. Moreover, I also acted as mentor in the event of Service Design Hong Kong (SDHK 2019), which is Asia’s premier conference for innovators and change-makers.
