User Research

Cathay provided empathy day included Cabin Insider, The 5-star Airport, The Secret Cookbook, From Check-in to boarding. I did go their privacy office, restricted area, display these system work with a guide to introduce latest technology in the airport (autonomous cars, glasses with built-in facial recognition, VR BIM, security robot and so on). We can ask questions all the way till the tour finished.

Afterwards, I compared their competitors in respect of their strengths and weaknesses so as to see of there is any room for improvement.

User Interview

As a product master, developer and UI designer, I jotted down all my observations for brainstorming. Our team discussed with flight attendants, manager and administrators.

The Solution

Face with rape, virus, explosion and violation issues, we believed to stay safe and be comfortable while traveling were important. Zoe was a useful platform for reminders of healthcare, emergency, policy, gear, culture and necessity in planning, during and going at your direction. Zoe suggested travel essentials to travelers, for example personal attack alarm, vaccines and medicine.
