User Research
Interviewed with workers, manager, admin and general manager, to find out the critical issues facing, i.e. no one can count the quantity of the clothes in trolley. They rely on the customer-trust base for delivery and payment. It caused lots of loss in clothes and charge, and no accurate data for analysing. We observed the operational flow by site visit.
Content Inventory
As a UX designer, I conduct primary researches and interview with our primary users to restructure the content inventory:
● Customer Order Management
● Trolley Management
● Delivery Management
● Administration
The Solution
Lots of data were not reliable, we designed a IoT system to help monitoring and managing arrival of driver, and trolleys, customer order and delivery. First step, we pasted the QR code sticker on each trolley for recording quantity in each hotel. Customers could make the online order by describing garment for cleaning.
