Project Overview
This system was a wholesale and retail management system (WRS). Interview with technical manager and users to discuss pain points. As request, they wanted to keeps previous structure, simply the operational flow, and redesign UI & banding. To solve the challenge of user daily work, they had to handle huge data in this system, so they wanted easy for use and filter data clearly.

In order to re-design this system, we conducted competitor research and we conducted observations and used the interview information related habits and preferences and to graph out the relationships.

The Solution
Huge of data was stored in COO as primary sources which allowed the users to sort out options that were available with management. Users should be able to sort out and view the details based on their unique preferences and expectations.
