Project Management

We provided icons, design guidelines, flowchart to development team. As project manager of design, we kept check on every step to ensure they followed our design until the project was finished.

Initial Analysis

To start with my initial research, I interviewed 8 employees to find out their needs and expectations.

● Project Manager
● Senior IT Manager
● IT Manager
● Fleet Manager
● Supervisor
● Marketing Officer
● Admin

Core User

● Marketing Manager
● HR Manager
● IT Manager
● Fleet Manager
● Customer
● Driver

Competitive Analysis

Professional logistics system is GPS tracker such as GPS Finder, Autotoll and Caste, it concentrates on fleet management by locating more accurate position than by manpower. Some listed logistics/security companies used GPS report as legal documents. In this case, they just wanted to have all-in-on solutions and be tracked by phone.

Content Inventory

We noticed there was a lack of systematic management system. The current processes relied on physical whiteboard and assignments followed up by admin call. By modern technologies, the situation would improve daily transportation operation effectively. We figured out the outline:

● Dashboard
● Fleet Management
● Route Management
● Order Management
● Turbojet Schedule
● Driver Assignment Management
● Driver Distribution on Map View
● Reporting on Driver / Vehicle Utilization
● Statistic on Distribution of Destination
● Customer Segment Distribution
● Survey Management
● Administration

Usability Tests

After completing our prototype, we demonstrated the prompts with several participants. We found out some situations were unexpected, for example, additional services and urgent order had to be followed by phone calls. To address this, we did a quick re-iteration of our prototype and retest our new with plans.

The Solution

This was a logistics platform that enabled users to manage daily operations of fleets and transactions. They marked the schedule of daily driver by white board, and received phone calls for handling customer orders. We simplified and digitalized the process of verifying booking, scheduling, assignment, reporting, and surveying.
